By accessing or using NudeAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NudeAI.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By creating an account, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and your use complies with all applicable laws.

The following uses are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account termination:

• Uploading or processing images of minors (under 18). Violations will be reported to law enforcement.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) — illegal in many jurisdictions.
• Using content to harass, intimidate, blackmail, or harm any person.
• Distributing AI-generated intimate images of real individuals without explicit consent.

New accounts receive 100 complimentary credits. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and do not expire. All purchases are generally non-refundable.

Uploaded images are deleted immediately after processing. Results are auto-deleted after 48 hours. We do not sell or share your images.

If you believe content violates your rights, submit a takedown request:

• Email: support@nudeai.com — include your name, contact info, and description.
• We will review and respond to valid requests within 48 hours.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for Terms violations, illegal activity, false registration info, or fraudulent payments.

The Service is provided as-is without warranties. AI-generated results may vary in quality. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
